Forrest Space is designed for a maximum of six people. On the other hand, it is adapted for a stay of four people - such a number of guests will allow a comfortable rest with space for everyone. There are two bedrooms with double beds and an additional two places on a comfortable sofa bed in the living room overlooking the forest. This is also an ideal place to relax for a solo traveler.

The property offers full-size accommodation, which means there is no possibility to prepare an extra bed.

Persons not included in the reservation of the purchased stay may stay on the premises at the invitation of customers enjoying their stay in the facility until 10 p.m. At the same time, customers renting the facility bear full financial responsibility for damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices located on the premises caused by the customer or visitors at the invitation of the customer.

No. We care about the privacy of our guests, so the apartment is away from neighbors, buildings, roads.

Smoking on the premises is allowed only outside the buildings and outside the premises and their components (including the terrace) subject to rent. Smoking tobacco or other products is associated with the need to clean up cigarette butts in the container designated for waste. On the other hand, smoking and electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

You do not need to bring towels with you. Towels, as well as bedding, are provided in the premises for your use.

The property is heated with air conditioners, while the bathroom is equipped with electric underfloor heating so that when you step out in the exclusive free-standing tub, your feet will be enveloped in pleasant warmth.

We try to provide guests with privacy, but we do not interfere with the migration of wildlife. The property is far from neighbors, buildings, roads, and is surrounded by forest, so there is no need to fence it. Our intention was to create a space close to nature, so that our guests could feel part of this charming landscape.

Due to the apartment's container-frame construction, the apartment does not have a balcony. Instead, it has two large terraces and panoramic wall glazing in almost every room.

Yes, the house has two large viewing terraces. The living room leads out to the upper terrace, which has a beautiful forest landscape, while the lower terrace has a spa area.

The apartment is hidden in the middle of the forest, on the western slope of the Carpathian foothills. It is located in Wola Rafalowska - only 10 km from Rzeszow, but far enough to hide in silence and breathe. The place is far from the road, buildings and neighbors.

For reasons of fire safety, it is prohibited to use in the facility electrical appliances other than those that are equipment of the facility, in particular: irons, heaters, "farelek", burners, heaters, candles, etc.

As part of the facility, the rental unit has basic household appliances at the customer's disposal, such as a refrigerator, coffee maker, induction hob, dishwasher, air purifier, steam fireplace.

Yes. In the living room there is a very comfortable sofa bed that can serve as a double bed with an unearthly view of the forest.

Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available both in the house and throughout the property.

Yes. There is a gas grill on the lower terrace, where you can prepare grilled food to your liking.

Yes. At the customer's disposal along the route is a hearth with wood prepared for kindling.

Yes. On the terrace, right next to the hearth there is wood already prepared for kindling. The amount of wood is adjusted to the length of your stay and with the assumption of about 2-3 hours of hearth burning time per day. However, if necessary, we also provide replenishment. Among the surrounding attractions you'll find: forest trails, bike paths, a lookout point, paintball, an Alpaca farm and the Palomino horse farm, where you can enjoy a pizzeria on occasion.
We also give you the opportunity to purchase an additional service which is a 45-minute Alpaca stay at Forrest Space.

The spa area is available to guests 24 hours a day. There is no need to declare your desire to use it in advance.

Yes. The apartment is designed for a maximum of 6 people and there is a 6-person sauna, a 4-person jacuzzi, and a brine graduation tower that accommodates 4 to 6 people for the entire apartment.

The water temperature in the Jacuzzi is adjustable. It can reach a maximum of 40 degrees Celsius.

Jacuzzi water is subjected to filtration. It is fresh and chlorinated, which, according to the guidelines of the State Sanitary Inspection, is a necessary requirement for microbiological safety.

Yes, the kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine and high-quality coffee.

Yes. We have made sure that full kitchen equipment will allow you to prepare delicious meals. Refrigerator, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle are at your disposal. What you won't find with us is an oven or microwave.

Due to the protection of the location of the facility and the privacy of customers, we only allow proof food from local suppliers. Breakfast and sweet snacks from "Sweetness on the Mouth" and pizzas from "Pizzeria Palomino".

For the sake of our clients, we give the opportunity to transport from any place in Rzeszow or from Jasionka airport to Forrest Space and back. The cost of a one-way ride is 100 PLN.

We provide a lockable single-car garage secured with a code for the duration of your stay. It is located on a paved road, about 250 m from the apartment.

No. Pets are welcome with us and we do not charge for their stay.

It is not possible to leave pets unattended, either at home or throughout the Forrest Space property. They must be under the constant supervision of their owners. On the premises, dog walking is only done on a leash.

Yes. Pets are not allowed on the furniture (beds, sofas, armchairs, etc.). They are also not allowed in the area with the salt graduation tower, Jacuzzi or saunas.

No. The number of animals, weight, breed - do not matter to us. However, pet owners are required to clean up after their pet. The client bears all responsibility for the pet.

No. All guests are bound by one and the same rules and regulations. In the event of damage caused by an animal, the client is responsible for it under general rules.

Yes. A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay is required to make a reservation.
The remaining amount must be paid by the client no later than 48h before the start of the day in the facility. The payment is collected automatically on the basis of the card authorization made during the reservation process.

Yes, a deposit is required for the duration of the stay. The client is required to make a refundable deposit payment of 500 PLN within 48 hours of the reservation. The fee is collected automatically on the basis of the card authorization made during the booking process.

The deposit is a security for the facility against any damage caused by the client during his/her stay at the facility. If there are no grounds to keep the deposit paid, we will return it to the client's bank account up to five working days after leaving the facility.

All payments for bookings are made through Stripe.

Along with making a reservation, the customer is required to pay a deposit of 50% of the value of the stay. Payment of the deposit is considered equivalent to making a reservation. Once the deposit has been paid, we will send you an e-mail confirming the status of your reservation.

We only ask Guests to provide the data necessary to set up the reservation, conclude the rental agreement and provide access to the houses. Personal data entered during booking is not shared with anyone and is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Yes, online payments on our website are secure. Online payments are processed fully automatically using the Stripe service. We do not collect, collect or process payment or credit card data. This data is transmitted directly to the operators through which the payment is made, and we do not have access to it.
