How to achieve inner peace?

Tranquility is defined as an individual feeling that, when experienced, a person can honestly acknowledge that he or she “feels peace of mind.” A person experiences inner peace when he feels that he is in the right place at the right time, feels good, safe, calm and does not feel the need to change anything.
However, we constantly go through personal crises, difficult moments, and struggle with stress. How do we find ourselves in today’s world? How to find inner peace and harmony? There are many ways, and below are some of them.

Distain yourself

Give yourself time to relax and distance yourself. How to do this? A change of environment is often a good solution. It allows you to get away from everyday life for a while, to recharge your batteries. It is best to choose a secluded place, away from people, urban agglomeration, but close to nature.

Proximity to nature

Forrest Space is a place away from roads, buildings and neighbors. It is hidden in the middle of the forest, and an atmospheric wooden footbridge leads to the door. There are numerous forest paths, and the fresh breeze, the sound of a stream and swaying trees will soothe your body and senses.
You will also feel this closeness to nature inside the apartment. This is primarily due to natural materials, subdued colors and panoramic glass walls in almost every room.
The kitchen combined with the dining room and living room has glazing on as many as three sides. As a result, the forest landscape overflows the interior of the house, and you can feel part of it while eating your favorite meals in the dining room or sipping aromatic coffee on the sofa in the living room.

The lower terrace is connected to the SPA area, that’s where you’ll find an outdoor heated Jacuzzi and a dry sauna with a soothing view of the forest landscape.
There is also a brine graduation tower nearby. It is a structure made of wood, inside are birch vittles on which the brine flows. The graduation tower indoors introduces a unique microclimate, comparable to the sea. It produces a precious aerosol rich in microelements. It has unique health properties, and also allows you to reduce stress and relax your body. You can spend as much time here as you like.

Meditation

Another way is meditation. This is a good way to practice mindfulness. During yoga, you will focus on your breathing, allow your body to relax and push away black thoughts.
Forrest Space, thanks to its unique design, has two terraces. The living room leads out to the upper terrace. We planned this space with the idea of spending long summer evenings there watching beautiful sunsets. It is also a fantastic place to practice yoga. Its lovers will find the necessary equipment to greet the sun every morning on the terrace.
